This picture represents interlinked industrial/commercial units in Oldbury that were extensively damaged by fire.

The steel structure was considerably distorted and weakened.

The roof, doors, windows and internal fittings were extensively damaged.

Once the damage was assessed, Greensmith ensured that the premises were restored to their original standard.

The work was completed, including redecoration of the premises in good time on on budget.

Restoration - boardroom

A most interesting project involving exotic panelling which had been removed from a Birmingham city centre office and stored for 20 years under not particularly benign conditions.

Once the panelling had been completely restored, it was refitted in a new boardroom in Solihull to reflect the original.
